November 13, 2013 (WASHINGTON, D.C.) – Global law firm Proskauer represented the institutional selling stockholders in the registered public offering by ChannelAdvisor Corporation (NYSE: ECOM), with Goldman, Sachs & Co. serving a lead underwriter.
ChannelAdvisor sold 1 million primary shares, and selling stockholders sold 4.75 million shares, of which more than 60 percent were sold by institutional selling stockholders represented by Proskauer, including New Enterprise Associates, Kodiak Venture Partners, Advanced Technology Ventures, and Greenspring Partners. The offering raised $195.5 million in aggregate proceeds, including exercise of the over-allotment option.
