Mitigating litigation risk

We work with clients across the employment life cycle to implement preventive measures, mitigate risk, and support compliance with increasingly complex international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Counseling. We are a resource and advisor for in-house counsel, human resources professionals, and business management teams developing strategies and policies that achieve compliance and promote a productive workplace and positive culture. Our goal is to help senior management and boards take informed, proactive, and effective action that minimizes litigation risk and reduces future exposure.

Training. We provide workplace training for employees, management, and human resources professionals on important issues, including preventing discrimination and harassment, fostering respectful working environments, accommodation, diversity and inclusion, wage and hour, and workplace investigations.

Pay Equity. We partner with leading pay equity economists on pay equity audits and related compliance projects. Our experience working with leading compensation advisors enables us to deliver holistic solutions to clients.
