Firm Earns Top Marks for Leadership and Talent Pipeline, Business Innovation and Strategy, and Diversity and Inclusion in the Community

NEW YORK, July 26, 2023 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, is delighted to announce that it has been named to Bloomberg Law’s annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Framework. This is the second time Proskauer has been named to the annual list that recognizes law firms that meet or exceed a rising standard for DEI in their firm. The Firm earned top marks in disclosure, business innovation and strategy, marketing and diversity and inclusion in the community, and leadership and talent pipeline.

Proskauer was recognized for its level of disclosure of diversity-related metrics and distinguished performance and this recognition follows several workplace-, culture- and DEI-focused awards for Proskauer. The Firm was recently named a Best Law Firm for Women & Diversity by Seramount, recognized as a Top Firm for Culture by Yale Women and also received top 10 rankings in Overall Diversity, Racial & Ethnic Diversity and Diversity for LGBTQ+ Individuals in the Vault 100.

Bloomberg Law’s DEI Framework was developed in 2021 in collaboration with Bloomberg’s Gender-Equality Index team, as well as diversity leads at corporations and U.S.-based law firms. Performance was assessed across more than 85 metrics, each associated with one of the framework’s six pillars.
