Proskauer

Mark Bunbury, Jr. is Proskauer’s Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. He focuses on leading and executing upon the firm’s core commitment to diversity and inclusion and actively partners with leadership to ensure alignment with the firm’s overall business strategy. Working closely with the Executive Committee, the Diversity Task Force and other firm leaders, he develops strategies and programs that enhance the recruitment, retention and advancement of diverse lawyers along with championing greater cultural awareness and inclusivity for the entire Proskauer community. 

Prior to joining Proskauer, Mark spent several years serving as a senior HR leader/EEO Officer and practiced as a Labor and Employment lawyer.

Mark has served on numerous non-profit boards, including serving as president of several community-based racial and social justice non-profits. Mark is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., (the nation’s oldest historically black collegiate fraternity) and serves as the Vice President of the Association for Law Firm Diversity Professionals.
