March 25, 2013 (Boston) – Global law firm Proskauer has broadened its corporate capabilities with the addition of Senior Counsel Michael J. Mano in Boston. Mr. Mano joins the firm from Ropes & Gray LLP.

Mr. Mano has nearly 10 years of experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and other investment transactions. He advises private equity fund clients in bids for and acquisitions of public and private company targets, sales of portfolio companies and other general fund matters. Additionally, he has experience representing private equity and venture capital fund clients in minority equity and convertible debt investments, as well as in recapitalizations and restructurings of portfolio companies.
