LONDON, May 14, 2026 – Proskauer advised 7RIDGE, a specialist investor focused on financial markets infrastructure and technology, on its acquisition of the Fidelity International Strategic Ventures (“FISV”) portfolio of financial technology investments from Fidelity International, a global asset manager.
The transaction comprises investments across wealth, retirement, asset management and capital markets technology, alongside the FISV investment team, which has joined 7RIDGE following completion. The FISV portfolio will now become Ecosystem Impact Fund II (“EIF II”), with 7RIDGE announcing the first and final close of EIF II alongside completion of the transaction. The Fund builds on the strategy established by the original Ecosystem Impact Fund (“EIF I”), carrying forward its focus on financial technology companies shaping the evolution of global markets infrastructure.
The acquisition adds strategic depth to 7RIDGE, bringing together a portfolio of companies operating across key areas of financial market infrastructure with a team experienced in investing across these segments.
Constructed over more than seven years, the portfolio reflects core structural themes shaping global financial markets, including the modernization of infrastructure, the emergence of next-generation financial products, and the expansion of access to capital and investment solutions. The underlying companies demonstrate how these technologies are being applied in practice, with established positions in their respective segments.
