Andrew Wingfield is a Private Equity M&A partner and a member of the Firm's Private Capital industry group.

Andrew represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies across the full investment lifecycle, including platform acquisitions, minority investments, strategic partnerships and exits. Andrew regularly leads upper-mid and large-cap transactions involving sophisticated structuring and cross-border execution.

His practice spans sectors including technology and software, financial technology, financial services, wealth and asset management, insurance distribution and professional and business services.

Over the past 12 months, Andrew has led seven transactions valued at more than £500m, including three exceeding £1bn, many involving cross-border and multi-stakeholder processes.

Andrew advises leading private equity sponsors including 7RIDGE, Bain Capital, Centerbridge, Lee Equity Partners, Synova, Oaktree, ICG, Exponent and Pollen Street Capital.
