Tom Woods is an associate in the Corporate Department and is a member of the Private Investment Funds Group.

Tom has experience advising a number of UK and European private equity sponsors on the establishment and operation of their funds and related GP commitment, carried interest arrangements and co-investment arrangements.

Tom has also advised a number of institutional investors on primary and secondary investments.
