Cathy Bellhouse is a Private Equity M&A associate and a member of the Firm's Private Capital industry group.
She advises leading global private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds and their portfolio companies on complex UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Her practice focuses on sponsor-led transactions across the private equity investment lifecycle, including leveraged buyouts, minority investments, carve-outs, portfolio company acquisitions and disposals, management incentive arrangements and other exits.
Her clients have included a number of leading investment firms, including GIC, Bain Capital, Investcorp, 7Ridge, Charterhouse, Bruin Sports Capital, Lion Capital, Centerbridge Partners, Cap10, Rubicon, ICG and Synova.
Cathy advises across a wide range of sectors and industries, including technology, professional and business services, infrastructure and energy, financial services, sports and media.
Cathy was selected as a Protégée in Proskauer’s Women Sponsorship Program, an initiative designed to support high-performing senior lawyers and champion emerging leaders within the firm.
