November 1, 2013 (New York) – Proskauer announced the promotion of 11 lawyers, six to Partner and five to Senior Counsel, across the global law firm’s practices and offices.

Partners
- Jonathan Benloulou (Los Angeles) represents clients across a range of industries in mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, corporate governance, and securities law matters.
- Richard Corn (New York) is a tax lawyer, who advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, structured financings, equity and debt issuances, and bankruptcy-related transactions.
- Keisha-Ann Gray (New York) focuses her practice on labor and employment law, representing clients in both the private and public sectors. An experienced trial lawyer, she regularly litigates sexual harassment, race, age, gender and disability discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination claims before federal and state courts.
- Glen Lim (Los Angeles) focuses on the representation of banks and other financial institutions as lenders and strategic investors, and buyout funds and corporations as borrowers, in connection with domestic and international financings.
- Michael Suppappola (Boston) is a corporate lawyer focusing on the representation of private investment funds, funds of funds and investment advisers. He counsels US and non-US sponsors on all aspects of the fund formation and capital raising process.
- Jay Tai (Hong Kong) focuses his practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and complex corporate and commercial transactions. He has extensive experience representing regional and global private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, investment banks and strategic investors in their investment activities throughout Asia, with a particular focus on China.

- Nicole Eichberger (New Orleans) is a litigator experienced in complex ERISA litigation, advising employers, fiduciaries, and trustees on ERISA benefit and fiduciary issues.
- Jonathan Galler (Boca Raton) is a litigator who represents clients in the areas of probate litigation, business litigation, and insurance recovery and counseling.
- Patrick Lamparello (New York) focuses on labor and employment law, representing clients in federal and state litigations, arbitrations and administrative proceedings, as well as union/management relations and collective bargaining.
- James Segroves (Washington, DC) is a litigator with extensive experience in the health care industry. He regularly represents defendants in litigation brought under the federal False Claims Act (FCA) and related state laws.
