LONDON, February 2, 2026 – Proskauer is pleased to announce that Harriet West has been named to Private Funds CFO’s New Faces of Finance 2026, which recognizes emerging leaders shaping the future of the private funds industry.
Harriet advises alternative lenders and private credit funds on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, with a particular focus on the direct lending market. Her extensive experience covers a wide range of UK, European and cross-border transactions, from the lower-middle market right through to the upper markets.
Harriet has developed a strong focus on complex cross-border financings, including in particular a sustained body of work in the UK and Italian markets.
In addition to her transactional practice, Harriet established Proskauer Women in Private Credit, a knowledge-sharing and peer network designed to foster collaboration and connection across the private credit market.
Her recent experience includes advising Pemberton Asset Management on the financing of Exponent’s strategic investment in Hippo Digital and the refinancing of Bridgepoint backed Prescient Healthcare, acting for Barings on the financing of Castik’s acquisition of Interact Software and on the refinancing of Hg backed Parte Group, acting for Corinthia and the other financing sources on Oakley’s acquisition of G3 and advising the financing sources on Five Arrows’ investment in Hublo.
