LONDON, December 16, 2025 – Proskauer advised long-standing client Barings on the debt financing for Castik Capital’s acquisition of a majority stake in Interact Software.
Castik Capital is a Luxembourg-based private equity firm focused on investing in high-quality, growing businesses across Europe. Interact Software is an intranet software provider headquartered in the UK and focused on facilitating internal communication, knowledge sharing and employee engagement for customers across North America and EMEA.
The investment will assist in accelerating Interact Software’s mission to become the definitive operating system for the enterprise employee experience, powering substantial growth through targeted M&A and product development.
The cross-border Proskauer team was led by partner Harriet West and associate Jessica Viner in London (Private Credit).
