LONDON, January 21, 2026 – Proskauer advised funds managed by Pemberton Asset Management on the senior debt financing and HSBC Bank plc on the super senior debt financing provided to Prescient Healthcare Group – a portfolio company of Bridgepoint, one of the world’s leading mid-market investors – in connection with the refinancing of its facilities and its acquisition of Uptake Strategies Ltd, a global healthcare consultancy.
