Shummi Chowdhury is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. Her practice focuses on representing private investment fund sponsors and investment advisers in organizing, structuring, negotiating and marketing private investment funds across all aspects of the fund-raising process. Shummi has worked with both emerging and established sponsors. She also advises a number of institutional investors on primary investments and secondary transactions.
