Se Young (Sisi) Kim is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. She is currently on client secondment.

Sisi works across a wide range of matters advising UK-based and international private equity sponsors on fund formations and fund related transactions and represents a number of global institutional investors on their primary investments and co-investment opportunities. Sisi also advises on secondary portfolio transactions on both the buy and sell side and has experience advising on GP-led fund restructurings.
