Se Young (Sisi) Kim is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. 

Sisi works across a wide range of matters advising international private equity sponsors on fund formations and the ongoing maintenance of funds. Sisi represents a number of global institutional investors on their primary investments and co-investment opportunities. Sisi also advises on secondary acquisition and sale of fund interests and on a range of structured secondary transactions, including tender offers and GP-led restructurings.
