James Baikoff is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Investment Funds Group.
James advises private equity sponsors across a broad range of asset classes with respect to fund formations and ongoing fund maintenance. James also represents established institutional investors in connection with primary investments, co-investments and secondary transactions.
Prior to joining Proskauer, James was a candidate attorney at Webber Wentzel (Johannesburg).
