Caroline Woods is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group.

Caroline earned her J.D. with honors from William & Mary Law School, where she served as Senior Articles Editors for the William & Mary Business Law Review. During her time at law school she interned for the Hon. Judge Vanessa L. Bryant in the U.S. District of Connecticut and spent a semester as an extern for the Department of Justice Civil Frauds Section.

Prior to law school, Caroline worked as a law clerk for a boutique commercial litigation law firm in New York City. She also trained as an assistant applied behavioral analyst, helping children with a variety of special education needs.
