The Firm has been shortlisted for Law Firm of the Year – Fund Structuring and Law Firm of the Year – Transactions, highlighting the expertise and excellence of our Private Funds and M&A practices.

Our M&A team has lead on more than 75 M&A deals, 64 secondaries transactions and 98 co-investments with a combined value of over £45.5 billion.
