NEW YORK, May 12, 2026 – Proskauer announced today that Josh Frankel has joined the Firm as a partner in its Private Funds Group and Secondary Transactions and Liquidity Solutions practice in New York. Josh’s arrival underscores the Firm’s continued investment in its market-leading secondaries practice and broader private capital offering.

Josh brings extensive transactional experience across private capital and secondaries markets. Prior to joining Proskauer, Josh served as a Managing Director in the legal department of a leading secondary advisory firm, where he provided a wide range of support on complex secondary transactions including continuation funds, LP tender offers and structured liquidity solutions. Before that, Josh was a senior lawyer at a leading international law firm, where he advised sponsors and investors on fund formation, GP-led transactions, continuation funds, tender offers and other secondary and hybrid structures, as well as complex cross-border M&A transactions.
