Josh Frankel is a partner in the Private Funds Group and a member of the Firm's Secondary Transactions and Liquidity Solutions practice.

Josh advises sponsors, investors and financial intermediaries on a broad range of private capital and secondaries transactions, including single-asset and multi-asset continuation vehicles, tender offers, and other structured liquidity solutions. He has significant experience guiding clients through transaction structuring, negotiation, disclosure, and execution matters, and works closely with deal teams, counsel, and counterparties throughout all stages of the transaction process. Josh also advises on regulatory and compliance matters relating to SEC RIA requirements, FINRA considerations, and placement agent activities in connection with private capital fundraising and secondary transactions.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Josh worked with one of the preeminent financial advisors in the secondaries market, where he developed deep relationships with many of the industry’s largest participants.
