BOSTON, June 29, 2022 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it advised Third Rock Ventures, a leading health care venture firm, on the closing of its sixth fund, which raised $1.1 billion. The Fund will continue Third Rock’s core strategy to discover, launch and build new groundbreaking companies focused on improving the lives of patients.
Proskauer has represented Third Rock since its inception in 2007. To date, Third Rock has invested in 60 companies and its funds have raised more $3.8 billion. Recently, Proskauer advised Third Rock on the closing of Third Rock Ventures V, LP (Fund V), which raised $770 million.
