LONDON, April 1, 2026 – Proskauer advised leading European growth investor Synova on the agreed sale of its portfolio company, Orbis Protect Limited (“Orbis”), to Tiger Infrastructure Partners.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and represents a highly successful exit for Synova Fund IV. Since Synova’s investment in 2021, Orbis has grown into the UK’s leading technology‑enabled security solutions provider, offering an integrated suite of services that support clients in protecting people, property and assets across dynamic risk environments.

During its partnership with Synova, Orbis underwent a period of transformational expansion, including its entry into new European markets, diversification into additional customer segments and continued enhancement of its proprietary AI‑enabled technology platform. Under Synova’s ownership, the business achieved impressive growth, with revenue rising by 172% and EBITDA by 214%.

Proskauer represented Synova on its original majority investment in Orbis Protect as well as several other major transactions including its strategic minority investment in the accountancy firm Bishop Fleming and the sale of its majority stakes in JMG Group and InsurEvo.
