Kelly M. McMullon is special international labor, employment & data protection counsel in the Labor & Employment Law Department and member of the Firm’s International Labor & Employment and Privacy & Cybersecurity groups. Kelly assists clients in a variety of sectors including asset management, accountancy, retail and manufacture in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. She also provides general day-to-day counselling and advice in all areas of employment-related issues, including hires, terminations, grievances and redundancies, as well as the employment aspects of transactions.
Kelly has a growing data privacy practice and provides general day-to-day advice on data privacy issues with a particular focus on employee data protection concerns. She is a regular speaker on the GDPR and ePrivacy compliance.
