Kelly M. McMullon is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department and member of the International Labor & Employment Group.
Kelly assists clients in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious labor and employment law matters, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing in a variety of sectors such as asset management, hospitality, retail and information technology.
In addition, she provides general day-to-day counselling and advice in all areas of employment-related issues, including hiries, terminations, grievances and redundancies, as well as the employment aspects of transactions.
Kelly has a growing data privacy practice and provides general day-to-day advice on data privacy issues with a particular focus on employee data protection issues. She is currently assisting many clients in becoming compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into force in May 2018.
Kelly also has experience working with businesses on CSR initiatives, human rights and modern slavery issues. Kelly is a regular contributor to Proskauer’s International Labor and Employment Law and Privacy Law blogs.
Her pro bono experience includes counseling not-for-profit organizations on data protection and employment-related issues.
