SÃO PAULO, March 26, 2026 – Proskauer advised Brazilian asset manager Lumina Capital (“Lumina”) on the closing of its fund, Lumina Strategic Solutions III (“Lumina Fund III” or the “Fund”), with approximately US$1.5 billion in global commitments. The Fund will focus on complex special situations transactions, primarily in Latin America.
Lumina Fund III is the third fund of Lumina’s flagship strategy and second fund advised by Proskauer. It involves a number of global investors from endowments, foundations, pension funds and family offices.
