January 23, 2020 (London) – International law firm Proskauer has advised specialist health-care investor G Square Healthcare Private Equity on its G Square Capital Partners III €500m fundraise.

G Square is dedicated to investing in European mid-cap Healthcare companies with high growth potential. Proskauer led on all fundraising aspects, having successfully led the fundraising for the prior fund just three years before.

The Proskauer team was led by investment funds partner Nigel van Zyl alongside associates Chris Elson and Elise Crichton.
