September 3, 2014 (Boston) – Proskauer represented DN Capital LLP on closing its third venture capital fund, DN Capital – Global Venture Capital III, L.P., with $200 million (€144 million) in commitments.

The fund is dedicated to investing in early and growth stage companies in northern Europe, particularly the UK, Germany, and the Nordics with an allocation for US companies expanding into Europe.

DN Capital is a global early stage and growth capital investor with offices in London and Palo Alto. It invests in the digital media, e-commerce and software sectors. DN Capital now has $320 million under management and has invested in more than 50 companies since 2000.

The Proskauer Private Investment Funds team included partners Daniel Finkelman, Mary Kuusisto, Nigel van Zyl, Kate Simpson, Peter McGowan and Ira Bogner, as well as associates Edward Lee, Lewis Phillips, Catherine Sear, Jason Nelms and Amy Drais.
