July 24, 2019 (PARIS) – Proskauer’s Paris Labor & Employment practice has once again been ranked Tier One by The Legal 500 Paris 2019, an independent guide to the country’s top lawyers and practices. The Firm’s Paris International Arbitration Group was also recommended.
Clients commend Proskauer’s Labor & Employment practice in Paris for being “very professional, proactive and reactive,” with a particular expertise in “adapting their solutions to each situation.”
Cédric Jacquelet and Nicolas Léger achieved first time rankings as Grand Avocats de Demain. Cédric is noted for being “trustworthy,” while Nicolas is praised for being “extremely helpful and efficient.” The publication highly recommended partner and practice co-head Yasmine Tarasewicz and co-head Béatrice Pola, and Alexandra Stocki is noted for strengthening the Firm’s ranks when she joined the Labor & Employment Department earlier this year.
The publication also recommends the Firm’s Paris International Arbitration Group. The group is said to “impress with the speed with which it dives into new matters and its great responsiveness” with partner Ana Vermal noted for her work as both counsel and arbitrator, as well her position as member of the ICC Court of Arbitration, and described as “proactive” and “very strong and effective in oral argument.” Partner and practice head Peter Sherwin is also recognized for his significant contributions in the International Arbitration category.
The Legal 500 rankings are created by a team of independent researchers and inclusion in the guide is solely based on their findings.
