June 25, 2018 (NEW YORK) – The Firm was recognized by Chambers USA as Law Firm of the Year in Furthering Women’s Career Progression, Talent Management and Mentoring.
Chambers USA praised Proskauer for its initiatives focused on career progression such as the Women’s Sponsorship Program, which pairs female associates, senior counsel and junior partners with senior partners who not only advise them but proactively advocate on their behalf. The Firm also supports the Proskauer Women’s Alliance, which advises the Firm’s management on issues unique to women lawyers and provides training on a range of topics for female associates.
