May 4, 2021 (New York) - Proskauer partner Christopher Robinson has been named to Private Equity International’s 40 Under 40: Future Leaders of Private Equity List.

Chris is a partner in the Private Funds Group and member of the Corporate Department. He advises leading fund sponsors and investors on complex secondary transactions, including fund restructurings, GP-led tender offers, traditional sales and purchases of fund interests and captive fund spin-out arrangements.

In addition, Chris regularly represents sponsors of, and institutional investors in, private investment funds, including buyout, energy, credit, healthcare, real estate, venture capital, special situation and secondary funds, as well as separate and other managed accounts.

Recognized by the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 List for his outstanding contributions to the legal industry, Chris dedicates time to several community organizations, including Student Sponsor Partners, where he mentors high school students. In addition, Chris sits on the Board of Directors of Riverside Hawks Youth Basketball, a nationally recognized academic and athletic program.
