Joey is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Investment Funds Group.
Joey advises asset managers on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of fund products and managed accounts across a wide range of asset classes, including private credit and various hedge fund strategies.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Joey practiced at a leading U.S. law firm and a leading Hong Kong-based law firm.
