Omobolaji O. Oluwasola

Omobolaji “Bolaji” Oluwasola is an associate in Proskauer’s Litigation Department. She has experience litigating a range of matters, including copyright, entertainment, health care, pharmaceutical and patents, across a multitude of industries. Bolaji has court, arbitration and mediation experience.  Recently, she played an integral role in  securing a successful outcome for a group of physician clients in an arbitration against an Independent Practice Association.

Bolaji maintains an extensive pro bono practice and has helped a client to seal a criminal record and another client to obtain release from prison on parole. She is currently a member of a trial team seeking to oppose a death penalty sentence on behalf of a client. In 2022 and 2023, Bolaji was a recipient of  Proskauer’s Golden Gavel Award, which honors those who have made significant contributions to the Firm’s pro bono, corporate social responsibility and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts. 

Bolaji is a 2020 graduate of Columbia Law School where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. During Law School, Bolaji was a member of the Challenging the Consequences of Mass Incarceration Clinic and the Abolition Practicum. As a pro bono scholar, she interned full time at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund in her last year of law school.

Outside of her legal career, Bolaji is both a visual and a recording artist.
