Neha Khandhadia

Neha Khandhadia is an associate in the Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and government and internal investigations. She regularly represents asset managers, including private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a wide range of disputes across the country.

Neha has advised healthcare organizations in contract negotiations and disputes with technology vendors. She also advises clients on a range of commercial controversies, including securities litigation and professional malpractice litigation.  

In addition to representing clients in state and federal courts across the country, Neha advises clients in connection with government investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, the U.S. Attorney’s office, and other federal and state agencies.

Neha maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented clients in a wide range of areas including civil rights and asylum. She also serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the South Asian Bar Associate of Chicago.

While at University of Michigan Law School, Neha served as managing editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law.
