Mindy Yang is Proskauer’s Chief Talent Officer.  Her remit includes the successful integration of our newly joining lateral partners, leadership development for senior lawyers, DEI and women’s initiatives, and alumni relations.  As a talent development executive, Mindy focuses on the design and delivery of a scalable global talent strategy that enhances the employee experience and further deepens the Firm’s culture of inclusion.  With a background in finance, business development, DEI, and talent management, Mindy’s charge is at the intersection of talent engagement and business performance.

Mindy’s industry experience spans across legal, accounting, investment banking, and technology.  She holds a BA in International Relations from The George Washington University and an MBA from Fordham Graduate School of Business.  She is an active supporter of the Tristate Diversity Council, She’s the First, America Needs You and Posse Foundation.
