Matthew’s main practice relates to UK and cross-border leverage acquisition finance and corporate lending transactions.
Matthew has experience representing financial institutions and private credit funds as well as corporate borrowers across a wide range of syndicated, unitranche, and mezzanine financings on both middle-market, high-cap, and real estate transactions.
