Matthew Kempster is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm's Private Capital industry group. He is currently on client secondment.
Matthew advises fund managers on a range of matters, including fund formation and ongoing fund maintenance. Matthew also advises institutional investors on both primary investments and secondary transactions.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Matthew trained at an international law firm in its London office.
