Proskauer

Lorraine Robinson is the Practice Manager and PSL for the Private Investment Funds Group in London. In her role, Lorraine manages the training and development of the team, as well as developing knowledge products for the firm’s clients and lawyers. She has over 20 years of experience specialising in private equity fundraising, carried interest arrangements, acting for investors and secondary transactions. Prior to joining Proskauer, she was an associate solicitor and later a consultant working for international firms in London.
