Laurence McGinley is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm's Private Capital industry group.

Laurence advises private equity and private credit clients across a broad range of asset classes with respect to fund formations and ongoing fund maintenance. He also represents established institutional investors in connection with primary investments, co-investments and secondary transactions.
