Taylor Robertson earned her J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where she earned a Schulich Scholarship in Law. As a corporate associate, she uses her broad experience to advise buyers and sellers in mergers & acquisition transactions, debt and equity securities transactions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships and corporate governance matters.
Taylor has undertaken a secondment at Brookfield Capital Partners where she gained valuable insight into the business needs of private equity funds and sponsors.
