Haris Ahmed is a Private Credit associate and member of the Global Finance practice and Private Capital Team.

Haris represents a variety of clients, with a particular focus on alternative lenders and private credit funds. He also works with private equity sponsors and large borrower corporations. 

Haris has guided clients in an array of transactions and financing structures in the middle and upper markets, such as national and international corporate acquisitions and refinancings, unitranche, first out/last out and senior/super senior structures. His experience encompasses other investment products relevant to the private credit market, including note purchases and bond issuances (including subject of foreign law).
