Fred is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm's Private Capital industry group.

Fred advises clients on fund formations and fund related transactions – including the establishment and structuring of private investment funds, internal governance, ongoing fund maintenance and carried interest arrangements. He also represents established institutional investors in connection with primary investments, co-investments and secondary transactions.
