Corey A. Dietrich

Corey is a corporate associate and a member of the Firm’s Private Funds Group. He primarily focuses his practice on representing buyers and sellers, as well as private fund sponsors, in connection with complex secondary transactions, including traditional sales and purchases of fund interests, secondary direct transactions, captive fund spin-out arrangements, fund recapitalizations and restructurings, “stapled” secondary transactions, preferred financings, and co-investment opportunities.  In addition, he regularly represents U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors in their primary investments.

Corey has significant experience with a diverse group of private investment firms and investors, and representative current and past clients include HarbourVest Partners, Landmark Partners, Lexington Partners, Blackstone (Strategic Partners), 50 South, Partners Group, Whitehorse Liquidity Partners, Bessemer Trust, Summit Partners, and iCapital Network.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Corey was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and member of the Liquidity Solutions Team.
