June 6, 2018 (New York) – International law firm Proskauer advised Earl Enterprises in its purchase of Bertucci’s, a Massachusetts-based Italian restaurant chain. Following a brief court-approved restructuring and sale process, the deal will allow Bertucci’s to exit its chapter 11 bankruptcy and restructure under new ownership as Bertucci’s Holding, LLC.

A leading figure in the hospitality and food & beverage industries, Earl Enterprises owns and operates over 130 locations in 25 states and internationally under the Buca di Beppo, Planet Hollywood, Earl of Sandwich, Café Hollywood and other brands.
