LONDON, August 24, 2026 – Proskauer advised Ambassador Robert W. Johnson on his investment in AMR GP Holdings Limited, the holding company of the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. The transaction completed on August 10, 2026.

Ambassador Johnson has also joined the board of AMR GP Holdings Limited and will hold the title of Vice Chair in connection with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. 

Leading Ambassador Johnson’s team was Ira Akselrad, President of The Johnson Company and former Proskauer partner.
