Joseph Saggese is an associate in Proskauer’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group. He advises on complex technology transactions, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure and strategic intellectual property arrangements.

Joseph works with leading corporates, financial institutions and high-growth technology companies on the procurement, development and commercialization of mission-critical technology and digital products. He regularly advises on high-value and strategically significant technology matters, acting for both customers and technology providers across a range of industries.

His experience includes advising on:

• Large-scale procurement and implementation of enterprise technology systems and digital infrastructure, including cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, CRM systems and long-term managed services arrangements
• The development, deployment and commercialization of emerging technology products, including artificial intelligence solutions and mobile applications
• Strategic intellectual property licensing, technology collaborations and data-driven partnerships
• Complex IT separation, integration and technology transformation programs

Joseph holds a first-class honors degree from the University of Birmingham and a distinction from BPP Law School. He is a member of the Society for Computers and Law.
