Craig advises private equity firms, companies and management teams on all aspects of M&A and private equity work. He has experience in a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Craig works with private equity sponsors, companies and management teams in a range of sectors including technology, financial services, energy and infrastructure, and sports.
