International law firm Proskauer Rose is proud to announce it has named a number of lawyers to leadership positions in the firm. They are:

Ms. Painter is co-chair of the firm's Private Investment Funds Practice Group, a key component of its Corporate Department. Mr. Lieb concentrates his practice on private equity transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, the formation of private investment funds and equity and debt financings. Together they replace Ronald Papa, the former chair of the Corporate Department.
Ms. Bloom is the co-head of Proskauer's Employment Law Class and Collective Action Practice Group. An experienced jury trial lawyer, she regularly defends employers in individual and class action lawsuits brought under the employment discrimination laws as well as under federal and state wage and hours laws and ERISA. She replaces Howard Ganz as co-chair.
Mr. Cleary is a former federal prosecutor well known for his prosecution of the Unabomber case. He currently serves as co-chair of Proskauer's Corporate Defense and Investigations Practice Group, concentrating on SEC and related enforcement matters, white-collar criminal defense, securities litigation, complex civil litigation, tax controversies and internal investigations. For each of the past three years, he has been named one of the "500 Leading Lawyers in America" by Lawdragon magazine.
Mr. Eatman was recently named Best Lawyers' "Los Angeles Real Estate Lawyer of the Year" for 2009. He has over three decades of experience advising clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and sales, foreclosure issues and workouts and restructurings. He replaces Bert Deixler as head of the office.
Mr. Pratt, who has been named to Worth Magazine's list of the top 100 lawyers in the US, devotes his practice to the areas of trusts and estates, estate planning, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfers, fiduciary and individual income taxation and post-mortem tax planning and asset protection.
