New York, NY (July 6, 2021) – The United States Council for International Business (USCIB) has elected Proskauer Litigation Partner Peter Sherwin to its Board of Directors for the 2021-2023 term.
“I am honored to have been elected to USCIB’S Board of Directors,” said Sherwin, “and look forward to working with all of USCIB’s officers and the members of the Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors.”
Peter, who has been ranked as one of the top International Arbitration lawyers nationwide by Chambers USA and Chambers Global, heads Proskauer’s international arbitration practice and also regularly serves as an arbitrator. USCIB serves as the U.S. affiliate of several global business organizations, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
USCIB was founded in 1945 to promote an open world trading system, and is now among the premier pro-trade, pro-market liberalization organizations, and has an active membership base of some 300 multinational companies, law firms and business associations.
