His practice includes capital markets and other capital raising transactions; cross-border and domestic acquisitions; leveraged buyouts; and special committee, board of directors and general corporate representation. He frequently provides strategic advice to sophisticated enterprises on their most challenging corporate and business needs.
• Mr. O’Loughlin counsels clients on corporate, strategic and transactional matters, representing public companies, growth oriented companies, entrepreneurs, high-net worth families, investors, private equity groups and investment banks and has notable experience in cross border transactions.
