LONDON, February 17, 2026 – Proskauer announced today that Mei Mei Wong has joined the Firm as a partner in its Fund Finance Group in London.

Mei Mei advises on a wide spectrum of fund finance transactions, including NAV facilities, capital call/subscription line facilities, hybrid facilities, co-invest facilities, preferred equity structures, rated note feeder structures, GP support structures, secondaries, and private credit financings. She also advises investment funds, alternative credit providers, financial institutions and multinational corporates.

Mei Mei’s arrival continues a surge of lateral growth across our Global Finance and Private Funds groups. Since the start of 2024, the Global Finance group has welcomed 24 partners worldwide, and the Private Funds team has added 12 partners across New York, London and Paris in the same period.

Recent additions in Global Finance include Clare Cottle, Peter Mason, Sean Darling and Andrew Payne in London, and Ron Lovelace, Patrick Yingling, Jared Zajac, Joey Polonsky, Boris Dolgonos, Jon Burke, Blake Gilson, Lawrence (Larry) Berkovich, Alexandra de Padua, Frank Oliver and Heather Viets in the US. Recent additions in Private Funds include Delphine Jaugey and Duncan Woollard in London, Christine Harlow and Nathan Schuur in the US, and Gwenaël Kropfinger  in Paris.

Mei Mei’s addition also underscores the growth of our London office. In 2025 alone, we welcomed nine new partners, and the office now exceeds 200 lawyers, over 60 of which are partners.
